The three-axis positioner design is a special welding auxiliary equipment, suitable for welding displacement in rotary work, which can meet the requirements of high efficiency, less space, multi-station, high precision and low cost of production needs. It can be used with manipulators, welding machines, and robots to form an automatic welding center, and can also be used for workpiece displacement during manual work. Welding positioner is generally composed of table slewing mechanism and flipping mechanism, through the lifting and turning of the worktable, flipping and turning so that the workpiece fixed on the worktable reaches the required welding, assembly angle, table rotation for frequency conversion stepless speed regulation, can get a satisfactory welding speed.

Technical features:
